B.Sc. Degree in Multimedia (Awarded by SMU – India’s First Private University)
The course focuses on all key areas of multimedia, animation & design, leading to an in depth understanding of 3D Animation & Visual Effects. The eligibility requirement to the course is 10+2. Students, enrolling for this course, will be facilitated in the training studios including case studies, research and interaction with world class experts who have worked on numerous award winning animation projects. The minimum duration of the programme course is 3 Years.
Diploma & Certification Courses:
REDBOXX: India's only true skill sets specialization based programme - Redboxx 1 has been designed after extensive research and feedback from top production houses in India. This is a one of its kind diploma in visual effects which practically tackles the age old problem of specialized skills development. The industry today categorically demands students who possess an expertise in a specific area of production. We've not only created a world class curriculum but have also created a unique pool of highly talented and specialized instructors for each one of the specialization tracks available in this programme. The maximum duration of the programme is 22 months.
GreenBoxx: The Greenboxx courses are short & mid-term certificate programmes aimed at software and process proficiency training. This course is typically for computer graphics professionals and artists who wish to leap onto the 3D Animation bandwagon and learn Autodesk 3Ds max and Autodesk Maya. In addition to this industry standard animation software's, it has also incorporated rapid sculpting and Integration using Autodesk Mudbox. At the end of these applications, students will undergo the two weeks of post production which includes Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere which would let the students compile their demo reel. The maximum duration of the programme is 8 months.
BlueBoxx Nuke: The Blueboxx Nuke Programme is India's first comprehensive compositing certification course and a very powerful compositing application that has gained worldwide acclaim for its unparalleled speed, power and flexibility that is making it the compositing application of choice for a growing number of Film and Television Visual Effects studios. Nuke began as the in-house compositing and effects application at Digital Domain, where its development team were awarded a Technical Achievement Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science. The maximum duration of the programme is one month.
